The massive growth of technology and media in the current era requires a media to have a differentiating strategy or distinctiveness in its execution. This makes someone involved in media practices to have a personality in the persuasion activities carried out. <\/span><\/p>\n

This topic became an interesting discussion in the series of <\/span>
\n On Air Personality Workshop <\/span>
\n<\/i> which was held face-to-face in two meetings on Saturday (27\/05\/2023) and Saturday (03\/06\/2023) at the Auditorium of the Communication Building, FISIP University of Indonesia, Depok. The event, held by the Communication Science Graduate Student Association (HIMPASKOM) UI 2023, invited Harianto Adi, a Professional Broadcaster and Editor-in-Chief of Puslitbangdiklat RRI who is an alumnus of the 2006 UI Communication Science Graduate Program. In two meetings, participants are invited to discover individual personalities that are built through creativity, knowledge, distinctiveness of voice and also <\/span>
\n editorial sense<\/span>
\n<\/i>. <\/span> <\/p>\n

On Air Personality Workshop <\/span><\/i>It was free and attracted 30 participants from various backgrounds and study programs. On the first day of the training, participants were given materials related to media production elements, journalism and the production process intensely for five hours and closed at 15.00 WIB. On the second day, participants were invited to train their communication effectiveness through practice <\/span>
\n pitching<\/span>
\n<\/i> and <\/span>
\n phrasing<\/span>
\n<\/i>. The end of the event was closed in a festive manner with the screening of the participants’ work in the form of <\/span>
\n podcast<\/span>
