The study period of the doctoral program is scheduled for 6 terms. It can be taken at least 4 terms, and a maximum of 10 terms. This study period does not include the student’s right to take a maximum of 2 terms of academic leave. Students can get an extension of the study period of a maximum of 2 terms, if:
- The study period has never been extended
- Obtain a minimum grade of B for research results
- There is a recommendation of the promoter and there is a guarantee of graduation of the study period
