Academic Calendar for Even Semester 2022/2023

Note:

  1. Students who wish to apply for academic leave are required to pay tuition fees for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year in accordance with the applicable regulations.
  2. Students who have completed administrative registration but fail to complete academic registration will not be allowed to participate in academic activities.
  3. The scheduling of defense examinations for Undergraduate Thesis (Skripsi/TKA), Master’s Thesis (Tesis), and Doctoral Dissertation (Disertasi) is delegated to each respective study program, while still adhering to faculty regulations.
  4. The issuance of an Incomplete grade (I) does not apply to all students within a single class. An Incomplete grade is only applicable under Force Majeure conditions.
